Morning Healing Ritual (Before Food)
- 4-7-8 Breathing Technique – Inhale for 4 sec, hold 7 sec, exhale 8 sec (10–15 rounds). Do immediately after waking to activate the parasympathetic system and lower cortisol.
- Fermented Red Rice Water or PBT Tablet – Taken on an empty stomach to support gut health, immunity, and nutrient absorption.
- Sunlight Walking (Barefoot) – 15–20 minutes in early sunlight to enhance Vitamin D, regulate circadian rhythm, and support nerve and hormone balance.
